Why we exist
Microsoft estates have grown faster than the tools, the budgets, or the teams running them. And the industry is shifting again: from copilots that suggest to agentic systems that plan, act, and produce evidence. Most operating teams are being asked to absorb that shift while keeping the lights on.
EfficientEther exists to make that next operating model safely useful in the Microsoft estate today. Founder and CEO

Where the industry is going
The next five years of IT operations will be defined by agentic AI: ask the agent why something is happening, it investigates, finds the underlying issue, returns options, and acts only once a human has chosen the route. That is the augmented-workforce pattern, not the replaced-workforce one.
This is the direction EfficientEther was built for, and the operating foundations were laid early. The company achieved ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the international standard for AI management systems, so the discipline around AI design, deployment, and oversight is audited and provable, not just claimed. Every product in the portfolio is engineered to the same standard: AI does more of the work without doing it in the dark, and the teams running the Microsoft estate keep the audit trail, the approval boundary, and the operating control.
