Published pricing

Know what it costs before you book the demo.

Someone has asked what this would cost for 250 users, and the answer is due before the next budget meeting. Every price is on this page, so you can do the multiplication yourself and start a trial while the approval runs.

All three products have a free trial. Two of them start without a card.

How pricing works

The rules behind the numbers.

Four things a budget holder usually asks before signing anything off.

EtherInsights is priced per active user

Not per mailbox, and not per feature module. Multiply £0.79 by your active user count and you have the monthly line for the business case, with the whole platform behind it rather than a starter tier.

What happens after the trial

EtherInsights and EtherAssist trials run 14 days; EtherApps Forge runs 7 days of the full workflow. EtherInsights asks for a card to start, EtherAssist and EtherApps Forge do not. Moving to a paid plan is a decision at the end, not a step at the beginning.

Volume, MSP, and partner pricing

Volume and MSP pricing for EtherInsights, and volume discounts for EtherApps Forge, are agreed on request. Ask before you size the deal so the business case carries the right number the first time.

Buying and billing

EtherInsights and EtherAssist are also available through Microsoft Marketplace. EtherApps Forge prices exclude VAT, and every licence includes training and support, so enablement is not a separate line item.

Business case

Put a real number in front of the budget holder.

Multiply the published price by your active user count, then start the trial so the evidence from your own tenant arrives before the approval does.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Straight answers on price, trials, and partner terms.

How much does EtherInsights cost?

EtherInsights is £0.79 per active user per month, billed as $1 or €1 per active user where you are invoiced in US dollars or euros. That single price covers the whole platform: Microsoft 365 and Azure cost visibility with a savings report, Windows 365 design, deployment and day-two management, tenant backup, drift detection and per-policy restore, user lifecycle and offboarding evidence, security conformity, Secure Score and Copilot readiness, and the Intune reporting catalogue. Volume and MSP pricing is available on request. A 14-day trial is included, and a card is required to start it.

How much does EtherAssist cost?

The EtherAssist standard subscription is £16.00 per user per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. It includes the full standard feature set for troubleshooting, workflow execution and documentation support, with run history, auditability and admin controls. Teams with variable usage can move to a metered, token-based plan instead; token rates are shared during the demo or onboarding rather than published, because they depend on the workload mix. The 14-day free trial gives full access to the standard features and needs no credit card, and you choose UK, EU or US hosting at setup.

How much does EtherApps Forge cost?

The EtherApps Forge Full Licence is £895 per admin user per year, excluding VAT. That covers the desktop application, the PowerShell module and the CLI, unlimited captures, MSI and App-V to MSIX conversion, PSF compatibility fix-ups, App Attach and IntuneWin-ready output, signing and modification packages, and AI-guided packaging route decisions. Every licence includes training, the certification programme and support, plus one year of maintenance. Volume discounts are agreed on request, and AI controller pricing is agreed case by case based on scope and pipeline integration. Forge is a Windows application you install and run in your own environment.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on all three products. EtherInsights runs a 14-day trial against your own tenant and asks for a card to start, so the first scan shows real licence, cost and Cloud PC findings rather than a demo dataset. EtherAssist runs a 14-day trial with no credit card and full access to the standard feature set, with UK, EU or US hosting chosen at setup. EtherApps Forge runs a 7-day trial of the full workflow, not a single capture step and not a free licence, with no credit card, so a real application can be packaged on day one.

Do MSPs get partner pricing?

Volume and MSP pricing for EtherInsights is available on request rather than published, because it depends on how many customer tenants and active users a partner brings. EtherApps Forge volume discounts work the same way. The entry price is published so a partner can build a margin model before the first call, then agree the volume position once the size of the book is known. If you run Microsoft estates for customers in the 50 to 600-user range, start with the partner route: it covers commercial terms alongside multi-tenant delivery and per-customer reporting.
