Where is our data hosted?

EtherAssist is hosted in the UK, the EU or the US, chosen at setup. EtherApps Forge runs on your own packaging machine. For EtherInsights, ask for the hosting region and sub-processor list with your security questionnaire.

Do we need a credit card to start?

For EtherInsights, yes: card details start the 14-day trial. EtherApps Forge (7 days of the full workflow) needs no card, and neither does EtherAssist (14 days).

What happens when the trial ends?

EtherAssist and EtherApps Forge trials simply end if you do nothing. For EtherInsights, cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan continues at the published price.

Can you complete our security questionnaire?

Yes. EfficientEther is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 42001. Send the questionnaire through Ask about your size and a person returns it, with the certificates, within an agreed time.

Is this for internal IT teams or MSPs?

Both. The products fit organisations of roughly 50 to 600 users and the MSPs who serve them. MSP terms are available on request.
