EfficientEther has been accepted into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. The programme gives us access to AI services, technology credits, and Microsoft expertise to accelerate the platform we are building for cloud cost optimisation and sustainable IT.

What the Founders Hub gives us

The Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is a curated programme for early-stage technology companies. Membership unlocks access to Azure infrastructure credits, Azure OpenAI services, expert guidance from Microsoft engineers and product specialists, and a route into the wider Microsoft partner ecosystem. For an early-stage platform built around Microsoft 365 and Azure data, that combination is meaningful.

Why this matters for EfficientEther

Our platform sits directly on top of Microsoft cloud telemetry. The deeper the integration with Microsoft services, the better the visibility we can offer customers, and the more accurate the optimisation recommendations become. Founders Hub access shortens the path between an idea and a customer-ready feature, particularly on the AI side, where we are using language models to translate raw billing and usage data into recommendations a finance or IT lead can act on.

In our swiftly digitising world, enterprises grapple with managing cloud costs while keeping essential services running. Joining the Microsoft for Startups programme concretises our mission to optimise cloud expenditure and bring a greener approach to technology to the same table.

What customers see

The acceleration shows up in three places. First, faster delivery of integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure OpenAI. Second, more accurate recommendations as we lean on Microsoft's reference architectures and engineering guidance. Third, a clearer route for partners and customers who are already in the Microsoft ecosystem and want to deploy EfficientEther alongside their existing investments.

The sustainability side benefits too. Every commitment, RI, or licence we help retire reduces the underlying compute footprint, and we continue to commit a portion of revenue to carbon-removal initiatives.

What is next

Expect more integrations, deeper AI-assisted insight, and continued focus on both cost discipline and sustainability. The full press release from BusinessMole is below, along with the LinkedIn announcement.
