EfficientEther has launched a global Channel Program for EtherAssist. The programme gives distributors, resellers, and managed service providers a clear route to bring EfficientEther's AI technology to their customers, with the commercial flexibility and onboarding experience the channel actually needs.

What the programme offers

The Channel Program is anchored on three things. First, a partner portal that gives onboarded partners self-service access to EtherAssist licensing, customer provisioning, and billing without manual back-and-forth. Second, consumption-based commercial models, including monthly subscriptions and pay-as-you-go usage, so partners can match commercial structure to customer profile. Third, embedded data-protection controls, including data leak prevention, sensitive-data redaction, and robust data-handling defaults that meet enterprise expectations out of the box.

EtherAssist itself is purpose-built for IT professionals and departments. It supports troubleshooting, documentation, technical validation, and the operational tasks that fill an IT operator's day. It is reachable through a browser chat experience, an API, and a PowerShell module, so partners can land it where it actually fits in customer environments.

Our goal was to create a Channel Program that simplifies onboarding and gives partners a frictionless transaction experience. Channel-centric companies need to deliver substantial value back to their partners. The portal, the commercial model, and the security posture of EtherAssist are all built around that test.

Ryan Mangan, CEO, EfficientEther

From the programme's inception, our aim was to bring EfficientEther's innovative technologies into the channel in a form that gives partners unique and profitable solutions. EtherAssist fills a real gap in the AI market and meets the data-protection standards that channel customers expect.

Why this matters

EfficientEther's first eleven months have built the governance, security, and product foundation needed to scale through the channel. The company has joined the Microsoft for Startups programme, expanded its leadership with strategic board appointments, achieved ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, and adopted ISO/IEC 42001 practices for AI management. The Channel Program builds on that foundation: a partner-ready commercial model that meets the same standards customers expect.

What is next

Channel partners and distributors can register their interest via the EtherAssist partner experience at app.etherassist.ai or reach out via the contact page. Further partner announcements, including new geographies and distributors, are scheduled for the coming quarters.
