EfficientEther today announced the latest release of EtherInsights, extending its Microsoft 365 and Azure platform with a growing set of assessments that IT teams and MSPs can run across the estate. Every assessment returns a score, the findings behind it, the owner of each gap, and evidence ready for a review, in minutes rather than the weeks a manual audit takes.
Two pressures, one honest assessment
The new assessments meet two pressures landing on the same teams at once: a growing threat landscape, and boards pushing to adopt AI quickly. What the release adds

- Copilot readiness: score a Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout across licensing, data governance, sensitivity labels, sharing, and Purview before users start prompting.
- Intune reporting and troubleshooting: consolidate endpoint report families into one operating view, with per-device context and AI-assisted troubleshooting and remediation actions.
- Tenant and user management: configuration, roles, risky identities, and offboarding in one governed workflow.
- MSP GDAP support: run the same assessments across many tenants under Granular Delegated Admin Privileges, with a consistent evidence shape for every customer.
Each assessment sits alongside the cost and licensing intelligence EtherInsights is known for, so the same platform that surfaces risk and AI readiness also keeps reclaiming wasted Microsoft 365 and Azure spend.
